These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PersonaCode, operated by DreamWebCrafts. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the PersonaCode website (personacode.ai) and the PersonaCode mobile application.
- "User", "you", "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
- "We", "us", "our" refers to DreamWebCrafts, the operator of PersonaCode.
- "Content" refers to all personality profiles, archetype data, AI analyses, and other materials generated by or through the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. The Service
PersonaCode is a personality analysis platform that uses behavioural assessment questions to generate psychological archetype profiles. The Service includes free and paid tiers offering varying levels of insight depth:
- Entry Tier: Archetype name, identity line, and core strengths.
- Full Profile Tier: Blind spots, triggers, perception analysis, and hidden drivers.
- Deep Analysis Tier: AI-powered behaviour mapping, compatibility analysis, self-sabotage patterns, and career insights.
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 Payment Methods
- Web (personacode.ai): All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Android App: All in-app purchases are processed via Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.
- iOS App (future): In-app purchases will be processed via Apple In-App Purchase and will be subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
5.2 Pricing
All tier unlocks are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase. Tiers must be unlocked sequentially (Entry → Full → Deep).
5.3 No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because PersonaCode delivers digital content and personalised insights immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Premium content (archetype profiles, insights, AI analyses) is delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)).
- Refunds will not be issued for any tier unlock, whether purchased via Stripe, Google Play Billing, or Apple In-App Purchase.
- For purchases made via Google Play or Apple, their respective refund policies and dispute resolution processes apply.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, archetype frameworks, assessment algorithms, AI models, branding, design elements, and source code of PersonaCode are the intellectual property of DreamWebCrafts and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- Your generated personality profile is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the assessment system or algorithms.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent payment requirements or abuse the Service.
- Share, resell, or redistribute premium content obtained through the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Not Professional Advice
PersonaCode is designed for self-discovery and personal insight only. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical tool. PersonaCode does not provide professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice. It should not replace consultation with qualified mental health professionals.
8.2 Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any personality analysis, archetype assignment, or AI-generated insight.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamWebCrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@personacode.ai.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to premium content will cease. Account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
